B.S. Human Resource Management

This advanced course equips students with the skills to design and implement organizational development (OD) strategies and manage change processes to enhance workplace performance and adaptability. Students explore theories and practices of OD, including change management models, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational culture. Through case studies, simulations, and hands-on projects, students develop interventions to address organizational challenges in Iraq and global contexts. The course emphasizes ethical leadership, cultural sensitivity, and stakeholder collaboration, preparing students for leadership roles in human resources management and organizational consulting.
