The purpose of Level 2 Writing/Grammar is to continue students’ understanding of the writing process (varied sentence types – simple, compound, complex, compound-complex—and paragraph organization) begun in Level 1 as well as the elements of a
strong paragraph (topic sentence, supporting sentence, supporting details, and conclusion).
