يهدف هذا المساق إلي إكساب طلاب القانون الأساسيات الجوهرية للغة العربية، مع التركيز الخاص علي المصطلحات والأساليب القانونية. يتناول المساق مهارات التحدث والتعبير الشفهي، بالإضافة إلي الكتابة والصياغة القانونية السليمة، مما يُمكّن الطلاب من التعبير عن المفاهيم القانونية بدقة ووضوح.
